My name is Luca Ricciardiello and I love what I do..

For me it's empowering women in their finances so they can become financially independent and free to share their unique message, their gift, their purpose with the world.
Through Property Empowerment I get to empower amazing women everyday to become accountable, overcome past hurdles and to start to create their best life. I work with their mindset to get clarity on how to work within their values and not against them. How to identify and eliminate limiting beliefs and past decisions. Identifying programmed recurring patterns which have unconsciously stopped them from creating wealth in the past.
Then once their mindset is clear, focused and empowered, I teach them various simple tools they need to manage their money, reduce their consumer debt and increase their income so they can live life. For those more financially advanced, we start their journey to wealth through and financial independence through property investing..

My personal investment journey began unintentionally in 1990 when shortly after I turned 22, I signed up for a house and land package. Having started full time work at the age of 16 and coming from Italian heritage it was just what you do, and I am so grateful to that custom.
Having two frugal parents as role models, I was always good at managing my money, always avoided consumer debt and was a good saver. Although I moved out and rented for a year at 21 to become more independent, I was always uncomfortable with paying off someone else’s house so at age 22, I decided to buy my own home.
Almost a decade later in 2000 life took me to Melbourne. I rented out my Sydney home and used the equity as a deposit on my new home in Melbourne. Both these homes were bought to live in and not as investments so they do not meet my current investing criteria, but they have both had good capital growth. Although I could have been considered an investor at that time I most certainly did not have an investor’s mindset.
Melbourne was great fun, I met the most amazing girls that lived in my street and we became great friends, so I continued to live, work and play there until 2006. Now I know you will all understand when I say I lived for weekends and holidays, started to get the blues on Sunday night and dreaded the alarm on Monday mornings. Don't get me wrong, life was good, but I couldn’t shake the feeling of knowing there was more, that I had a higher purpose and that there was a better, easier way to live. Have you ever felt that way?
Over the last decade, I tried to fill the void by challenging myself, changing careers from Admin to IT and then to Event Management, and I even changed companies within those same industries looking for that missing piece. My girlfriends are nurses and although I do not envy their night shifts I did desire their flexibility. The ability to sleep in on afternoon shifts, the choice to work weekend or extra shifts to earn more money, to be able to go away mid week when it's quiet and take holidays more often because they weren't using their 4 weeks annual leave.
I became increasingly disenchanted with my life. The 9-5, the long days, being on call, the 2 hours of traffic and the limited freedom and choices working for someone else. I even bought into the belief that money doesn't make you happy so I left a very well paid role in IT for a very badly paying one in Event Management thinking it would be fun and exciting and I would be happier. Fool!! Instead I was now overworked, underpaid, and even more miserable as I was spending my savings every month just to get by.
Have you ever got to the point that you get sick of hearing yourself complain? That you are sick and tired of being sick and tired? So I decided to do something about it.
I put my Melbourne home on the market with the plan to move back home to Sydney, renovate and sell it too and then to buy my dream home on acreage near Kangaroo Valley. I thought once I was on acreage with a smaller mortgage and only working part time I would have more balance and then I would live happily ever after.. right??
In March of 2006, my saving grace came disguised as an email inviting me to a weekend wealth creation seminar called Breakthrough to Success. I checked out the website and it was as though it was written specifically for me.

The universe had sent me a message, quite modernly as an email, and I knew I had no choice but to respond. I registered for the free weekend which was 6 weeks away in April and thought nothing more about it.
At 6pm on the Friday night I arrived for the seminar with a “we’ll see” attitude and by lunchtime Saturday my life had changed forever, never to be the same again.
In just that one weekend, I identified and eradicated the limiting beliefs and decisions from my past that had me believing that more property meant more work and that I had maxed out my borrowings and could not afford to buy any more property. The limiting decisions I had unconsciously made that I wasn’t smart enough or educated enough to start my own business. In that very moment I made a decision, a commitment to myself to act. I committed to doing everything necessary to enable me to be a successful property investor and business owner.
The very next day, on Monday morning I took massive action, I took my Melbourne home off the market, set a date to move back home to Sydney and gave notice at work. I drew a line in the sand and said that I would never work for anyone else, that I would either create wealth through my properties and successful business or go hungry or broke.
After 8 years away, I finally moved home to Sydney to be closer to family, and to start the next phase of my life. I complete the Christopher Howard Fast Track to Success and become a qualified Master Practitioner of NLP or in layman's terms an NLP coach. I was inspired to take action and soon after became a property investor and started my business to financially empower other women so they can find their purpose and do what they love.
During the Fast Track trainings, the concept of Property Empowerment was born, and the rest as they say, is history...
Although I am still on my own journey to abundant wealth, my property investing and my business mean I have freedom and choice. My life is full of personal challenge and growth, but I feel I am well on my way to living my dream life and I have never been as happy or fulfilled with the direction of my life as I am right now.
The fact that you are here right now, tells me you also feel there is more to life than what you are currently living and that financial freedom through property investing might just be the way to get you on track to a life filled with freedom and choices.
